How do i put in a motion to deny a plea after sighning it but have not been to sentenced yet?and i would also like to know what it is called when you feel you have not been treated fairly. for example like feeling like all evidence was not presented. what motion would i put in?

Answer:

You would need to file a Motion to Withdraw from the Plea. You should include your basis for the withdrawal in your motion. This would include any unfairness you believe you received. Keep in mind that in order to grant your motion, the court must find a manifest injustice. This is a difficult burden to overcome. Good luck.
