My case has been going on for 6.5 months now. My public defender and the prosecutor kept telling the court there will be more charges added to my case. My public defender would not give me any info about the issue so i requested the information from the police department and the new charges are exactly the same as the old ones.

Can a party holdback evidence from an Initial Disclosure? In Arizona, if I’m understanding the rules of procedure correctly, each party has 40 days (is that accurate?) to make their initial disclosure to the other party from the date that the Defendant files their initial Answer to the Complaint.

My boyfriend was hanging around with some people. He stabbed a guy and its not a serious injury but the vicitum just got scratches and that was about it. He was going to go through trail which his defenses were saying his max is 10-15 years for assult with a deadly weapon and this is his first offense. So he did a plea bargin and they are saying 6 years, is that good or bad. Now he wants to go through with the trail and he signed the plea bargin can he go back for a trail? Would that be good for him or not ?

1 count of Sexual Conduct w/minor in ’95 in Arizona. Can I get this vacated, set aside, expunged or reduced to a misdemenor? No charges before this conviction, and none since this offense. No probation violations, not even a parking ticket. Had a small judgement that was paid off in ’96.
