Q&A: Phoenix Criminal Defense – Possession of Marijuana for Sale
Question:
I was charged with a class 6 designated felony and lost my AZ R.E License. Any suggestions? I will be looking for an attorney. It was a Class 6 Designated Felony “facilitation to possess Marijuana for Sale” I was sentenced to 2 years probation, 30 hours substance abuse classes and a fine. No Jail Time. I would appreciate some guidance, I did hire an attorney to represent me, I felt I was short handed, but my story is very unique and hard to take in as to the events that lead me to a conviction. I look forward to some legal advice from someone credible. Thank you.
