Q&A: Sex Conduct with a Minor

Question:

Can i get my record exponged in arizona for a sex crime i commited when i was 14?  i was fourteen when i made a mistake,my charge sexual misconduct with a minor i was ajudicated and made to register to the age of 25…i have been applying at places and finnaly got a job…but was later denied it because of that record
Answer:
Arizona does not have any law that allows for an offense to be expunged. In some instances, a felony may be set aside in the court’s discretion; however, crimes of this nature don’t qualify pursuant to statute.
