Is it possilbe to get probation with a class 1 mistermeaner and a class 4 felony? im am 17 and used a stolen cridet card and i realy dont want to go to jail or prison is ther somthing that i could do just to get probation they are goin to tri me wen i turn 18 i realy realy do want to go to prison
Answer:
Probation is possible, but not a guarantee. Additionally, even if granted probation, you can always receive up to one year jail on a class 4 felony. It’s best to speak to a qualified attorney who can fight the charges and or present mitigation on your behalf.
