I got an extreme DUI for having a minor in my car. I paid all of the requirements, I went to jail, paid my fees in full and took all of the requested classes. I was told, one I completed all of the “requirements” I could get my revoke license back….. I did everything in order to get my lisence back, but now the MDV says I can only have a restricted license until 2013

Would arizona extradite me from oklahoma for theft charges
no formal charges have been brought against me yet but i have been questioned and the case is being sent to the county prosecutor so they can formally charge me. i took some scrap metal from the river and sold it apparently it belonged to the the city so basically what would they do if i were to leave the state before they formally charge me

if you have a court appointed lawyer and you want to fire them because you don’t feel like they are not doing all they can can ajudge deny you that right
