Will a warrant show up on a pre employment background check?

I have 2 felonies, 1 for paraphernalia, 1 for marijuana (under 1/8 ounce) First time charged w/anything. Drop to misdemeanor??? Never been charged with anything and was on vacation to AZ when pulled over with marijuana and a pipe(paraphernalia) I’m am being charged with 2 felonies (F6). Will the judge lower them to misdemeanor or keep them as is. Just looking to get a small heads up before my court date.

How to obtail a reduction in bail. My nephew was arrested on robbery & assualt charges. There are very deep circumstances to this case. Question at hand is he is 22 years old, has no prior crime record and the court has placed a rediculious amount for his bail. There is no way anyone in the family can come up with 25k to get him out. I no people with a lot more charges and repetitive who have never had their bail set so high. Any help would be great Thankjs for your time in this matter.
